My purpose in founding this company Dolce Lou, is to bring my love and joy of life to people through food. Now join me on a culinary journey through my life and into yours..!

My odyssey has been nearly a complete dedication to the food and service industry. My love for food began in the "The Big Apple." Working in NYC expanded my understanding of the influence food can have in the lives of people. I was blessed with the talent of cooking at a later age in life. My experience in the arts converged after years of knowledge and tutelage in the restaurant industry. I never stop learning, it is a beautiful and amazing craft I love to share with others.

For me cooking is healing, health, connection, discovery, adventure, balance, love and much more.. My education in the kitchen has come at the great cost of time in the industry from NYC to Westchester County to CT over the course of 25+ years...

My secret in the kitchen is pride.. I take much pride in my food.. "Golden Rule" in the kitchen: "I serve to others only what I would enjoy myself.."
